A free, no-obligation conversation to talk through your child's sleep challenges and explore how I can help. We'll discuss what's been happening, what you've already tried, and which package might be the right fit for your family. Held via phone or video call — approximately 45 minutes. Not sure where to start? A free discovery call is the perfect first step. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we talk through what's happening with your child's sleep, explore what kind of support might help, and get a feel for whether we're the right fit for each other. There's no obligation to proceed — just an opportunity to ask questions, share your concerns, and get a clearer sense of what's possible. All discovery calls are held via phone or video call and last approximately 45 minutes.

Cancellations & Refunds: Less than 24 hours’ notice- no refund. 48 hours’ notice- 50% refund. Over 48 hours’ notice- full refund.
